“The Real Housewives of New York City” Season 14 Premieres July 16 on Bravo
Season 14 of “The Real Housewives of New York City” will premiere on Sunday, July 16 at 9 p.m. ET/PT, as announced by Bravo today. Peacock will have the episodes available for streaming the following day.
An all-new group of six powerful women will be followed throughout the upcoming season as they navigate one of the world’s most diverse and electric cities.
Who’s who in the new season
Sai De Silva is a native New Yorker of Afro-Latino descent. She is in charge of creative direction at Scout the City, which she started as a side project blog but has since turned into a popular resource for urbanites. Sai and her family (husband David Craig, children London and Rio) live in Brooklyn, and Scout the City follows their stylish parenting exploits there.
Ubah Hassan, a former Somali beauty queen turned New York philanthropist, now calls the Big Apple home. Ubah and her father and brother ran away to Kenya when she was young, but the family eventually settled in Canada, where she was discovered by a photographer and signed by a modeling agency. Ubah is also an entrepreneur who started her own hot sauce company from the ground up under the brand name UBAHHOT.
Raised in Manhattan as one of five children in a close-knit Israeli family, Erin Dana Lichy is a funny, confident, and candid native New Yorker. Erin is a natural achiever; she opened her own home renovation and design business, Homegirl, at the age of 19, and is now a licensed real estate agent. The law firm that Erin and her husband own is called Lichy Law. The Tribeca-dwelling parents of three have a happy family life. Erin is the life of the party; she enjoys the company of others and is always game for a good time.
Former J.Crew Group President and Executive Creative Director Jenna Lyons is widely credited with leading the company’s phenomenal rise from a struggling catalogue chain to one of the most coveted fashion brands in the United States. In addition to raising her son Beckett in New York City, Jenna is also the Co-Founder and CEO of the direct-to-consumer beauty brand LoveSeen.
Jessel Taank is an unconventional publicist and consultant for fashion brands who doesn’t mind standing out. Jessel is married to Pavit Randhawa, a financier; the couple met through a mutual friend at a bar. Jessel is of British and Indian ancestry. They were good friends for a long time before they ever started dating, because romance didn’t spark right away. They had twins after their 2014 Mexico wedding.
Brynn Whitfield has extensive experience in advertising and public relations. Brynn, a sassy “trophy wife in training,” has a flair for decorating her (tiny but formidable) West Village apartment and throwing dinner parties. Brynn’s grandmother raised her in a small town in the Midwest, where she learned the value of a hard day’s work and the importance of owning her story as a bi-racial woman.
