Fraternal orders.There have always been underground secret societies all over the world and throughout history. The Knights Templar were a formidable military and financial force in mediaeval Europe. An ancient warrior culture that paved the way for subsequent civilizations.
The nine original knights who defended holy pilgrims saw their influence spread across Europe and inspire enduring legends. Can we separate reality from the stories? Have the Holy Grail and the Shroud of Turin been safeguarded by the Knights? How did they get picked, and what rules did they have to abide by? And if they were defeated, are they really gone?
